Reporting issues in Blocks of Flats.

If you wish to report a matter relating to a block of flats under our management, we have a software system in place which allows property owners, residents and connected people to report matters to our offices and receive updates regarding the action taken and when matters are dealt with or repairs are done.

When you report an issue, a ‘ticket’ will be raised with a record of the matter and who reported it with contact details. Each time that ‘ticket’ is updated, contact will be made to the reporting person and any other interested parties as to what has been updated.

Reports can be made by one of two methods
1)  Contact the support email: support@sjb.zendesk.com
2)  Contact the support telephone number 01295 239650 and leave a message with your name and contact details along with your report.

Once you have made a report, the system will contact our team members and allocate a person to deal with the matter. As and when we make any action, we will update the information and the system will communicate those updates to you by email.

Reported matters can be as follows:

• Issues with maintenance and repairs needed
• Reports of rubbish problems
• Reports of neighbour issues e.g. noise, parties etc.
• Reports of parking problems
• Reports of other issues
• Matters regarding insurance claims

Please use this system to report any block related issues so we can try and deal with issues in an efficient and timely manner. The Zendesk system is monitored daily and we will endeavour to action items as quickly as possible.
